Consulting
Alongside the supply of recycling machinery, PetroLuc offers consulting services built on the same principle that has guided the business since 2015: give clients an honest, experienced outside perspective rather than a fixed product to sell. Our consulting work falls into three areas: recycling and processing equipment, artificial intelligence, and retail strategy. In each, our role is the same: to help a business make a clearer, better-informed decision.
Recycling & Processing Consulting

This is where PetroLuc started, and it remains the core of our consulting work. We advise businesses that are specifying a new processing line, evaluating machinery before committing to a purchase, or looking to improve the throughput and efficiency of equipment they already run. Because we are not tied to any single manufacturer, our recommendations are shaped entirely by what fits a client's material, volume, and budget, not by a sales target. This can mean anything from sense-checking a proposed line design, to advising on the right shredder or granulator specification, to identifying where an existing setup is losing efficiency.
AI Consulting

Many of the businesses we work with are also asking a newer question: where does artificial intelligence actually fit into their operation, and where is it simply a distraction? We help clients cut through that noise. Our AI consulting covers identifying practical, high-value use cases, whether in scheduling, quality control, demand forecasting, or day-to-day process automation, and advising on the tools and approach best suited to the business, rather than pushing a one-size-fits-all platform. The goal is always the same: adoption that pays for itself, not technology for its own sake.
Retail Consulting

Our retail consulting draws on the same commercially grounded approach. We work with retail businesses on operational efficiency, stock and supply chain decisions, and commercial strategy, helping them identify where they are leaving value on the table and what practical steps will close that gap. As with our machinery and AI advice, this is not theoretical; it is grounded in what has worked, and what has not, for the businesses we have advised.
Why Clients Work With Us
What connects these three areas is not the subject matter but the approach. We have built our business on referrals and long-term client relationships, and that only happens when advice is genuinely independent. Whether the question is which shredder to buy, whether an AI tool is worth the investment, or how to restructure a retail operation, our consulting is built around one thing: what will actually work for your business.
